Welcome to the first mailbag for upgraded subscribers and community members—I really appreciate the support! The mailbag is one big feature of the upgraded subscription and being the first, it’s going to be a little bit of a work in progress here as I try to kind of figure out what the best format for this is.

But what I’m going to do today is just go through 5 questions that I thought were really relevant for today. As we get more and more over time I will have to screen, but for right now, these are the ones that really are standing out.
I’m going to get right to it and we’ll do another one of these in the next week or two. Today’s topics are the Supreme Court and schools, whether K-12 or higher ed is at greater risk these days, why Democrats should talk more about education—even with so many other issues to fight on—and more.
